We accept payments via BPI Bank Deposit, GCash or Credit Card. Payment (BPI/GCash) details will be sent to your email after you place your order on our website. 

For credit card payments, shoot us an email after you place your order and we will send you the corresponding payment link where you can pay via credit card.  

Unpaid orders will only be held for 48 hours. If no payment is received, the items will be released.

For Metro Manila Deliveries – We charge a flat fee of PHP 300 to anywhere in Metro Manila. We use express couriers such as Lalamove, Grab or Mr. Speedy. All items are on hand and we ensure a 1-3 day delivery lead time on orders. Once your order is shipped, our concierge will send you a message with detailed tracking details.

For Provincial Shipments – We charge a flat rate of PHP 700 for one item via LBC. If you have ordered more than one item, please get in touch with us and our concierge will give you a quote on the shipping fee. Note that all provincial shipping is handled by LBC and that they charge per kilo. Estimated delivery lead time for provincial orders is 5-7 days.

As a brand, we give utmost importance to our customer’s satisfaction. Our products go through a double quality assurance (QA) check - each product is carefully inspected before it is released by the manufacturer and again, it is inspected once it is ready for dispatch to you, our customers. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. We have provided complete details on each item on the item descriptions and have also provided contact information for other concerns. We strongly encourage customers to be sure of their orders before purchase.
